If you are in Greenville in the morning, don't miss breakfast at Jim's Cafe.  We went the Saturday after Christmas (2008)
and enjoyed grits that you can only get in Mississippi.  The eggs, toast and bacon were just like you would expect at
one of the original city cafes.  What made the visit special was the locals who show up daily.  The 92 year old former
owner of the newspaper, who worked with Hodding Carter Sr was there early to answer any questions about Greenville
when Jim wasn't around.  Also there was Aunt Florence from Doe's Eats, where we got the best steak you can get
anywhere.  Don't miss this treat.  These small town cafes won't be around much longer.
